WEEKEND CONCIERGE IN MAYFAIR

Saturdays and Sundays: 8am to 5pm

Salary: £12k pa

Duties & Requirements:

* Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner * Greet residents and their guests upon arrival, in a warm and friendly manner. as well as looking after their safety and comfort. * Manage all calls from residents and answer all emails in a timely fashion. * Organise any postal requirements on behalf of residents. * Build trustworthy, professional relationships with all residents and aim to exceed expectations when dealing with any lifestyle requests including transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings, chauffer service and dry-cleaning requests. * Be fully informed on daily activities e.g., deliveries, residents moving in/out, residents' arrivals/departures, viewings, contractors, etc. * Supervise contractors and service partners working on-site ensuring third parties adhere to the House Rules. * Have a comprehensive understanding of the SOP manual and act in accordance with its policies and procedures, ensuring the manual is regularly reviewed and kept up to date. * Be fully conversant with the health & safety, fire, and emergency procedures. * Carry out recorded systematic checks of all reception and common parts areas. * Reporting all incidents to management in a timely professional manner. * Ensure reception area and common parts remain pristine at all times, light cleaning duties will be required e.g. sweeping/mopping and dusting. * Ensure accurate and timely submission of any reports, administrative work and handover to the weekday Concierge. * Previous experience within 5-star Hotel or super-prime residential * Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, and good understanding of Health and Safety * Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients * Good knowledge of the central London area and surrounding local area * High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial * Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail * Enthusiastic and motivated to help internal and external partners * Wear correct uniform at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline * Eligible to work in the UK .
