Junior / Graduate Recruitment Resourcer, Chandlers Ford, £22k - £25k salary + great commission + benefits

However much research you do you may not fully know what working the recruitment industry is like until you are in it. There's the good and bad, and with thousands of recruitment agencies in the country it's no surprise. All operate differently from large corporates, to single person companies, across multiple different sectors and ways of working.

You'll need to enjoy working accurately with pace & urgency, have fantastic communication skills both written and on the phone.

Now for the job role:

The role will be in our Delivery Team as a Recruitment Resourcer (what we call 'Delivery Consultant') to find candidates for our busy Microsoft Dynamics Recruitment Consultants. This will be achieved through attracting candidates via a variety of methods including: Linkedin, job adverts, our database and job boards (we have AI tools and can teach you Boolean searching). You will then telephone screen candidates to assess suitability and maintain relationships with Microsoft Dynamics Candidates.

If you are looking to be highly rewarded for your work, there is a very generous uncapped commission scheme in place for Delivery Consultants of £250 for contract placements and £400 for permanent placements, along with a progression path within Delivery or into a sales focused recruitment consultant role.

£22-25k basic salary with a very realistic commission of £6k-15k extra per year.
