Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Length: 2 months (potentially longer)

Experience:

  • Main point of contact for visitors, reception and couriers
  • Ensuring maintenance of office facilities and managing communications
  • Organising & coordinating sales meetings, conferences & customer events
  • Arranging all travel requirements including flights, hotels, trains and taxis etc
  • Administrative support to teams, including managing post, maintaining reports, sending correspondence and arranging presentations for sales meetings
  • Managing the office meeting rooms and organising room set up including equipment and lunches
  • Maintaining and ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Arranging delivery of IT equipment, office desk set ups and ordering of H&S related work equipment
  • Organising social day/office engagement events
  • Arranging gifts for various occasions
  • First Aider and Fire Marshall representative
