A respected MEP Contractor is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the mechanical installation on an £8m educational project in Greenwich, London. This role involves managing the full scope of mechanical systems, from planning and coordination through to delivery, ensuring the project meets budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the mechanical installation and system design for the £8m educational project

* Manage the mechanical team, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution

* Oversee procurement of materials and ensure quality and safety compliance

* Monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure deadlines are met

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards

* Lead the commissioning process and ensure successful project handover
