Mechanical Site Manager - Commercial Refurbishment Project (Birmingham)

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Birmingham.

Details:

* Location: Birmingham

* Project: Commercial Refurbishment

* Pay Rate: £300 per day

* Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break deducted)

* Duration: Temporary position (exact length TBC)

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all mechanical aspects of the commercial refurbishment project, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within schedule

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth operation on-site

* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with all relevant codes and standards

* Monitor progress, quality, and resource management to ensure timely project delivery

* Resolve any on-site issues and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements:

* Black CSCS Card (essential)

* SMSTS certification (essential)

* First Aid certification (essential)

* Proven experience managing mechanical projects in a commercial setting

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
