The RoleAs a Graduate Town Planner, you will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects, providing planning advice to clients across sectors such as residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
• Conducting research and policy analysis
• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
• Supporting senior team members with planning appeals and development proposals
• Keeping up to date with planning legislation and regulations

About You

• A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning
• Ideally working towards or keen to achieve RTPI accreditation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
