A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Shift Engineer to join their growing team, covering a commercial contract in Cambridgeshire.

The Role

As the Shift Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Working on a continental shift pattern, days and nights, working 5 on, 4 off.

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of electrical and mechanical building services equipment. Including generators and UPS systems.

* General maintenance duties as and when required - emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Shift Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* You will hold relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications - 17th/18th Edition, NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations, NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
