An established Main Contractor based in Dublin is currently seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to oversee the complete commercial functions of their projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project commercial team
- Manage budgets, cash flow, and liaise with stakeholders
- Ensure pre-construction project information is transferred effectively
- Advise on contractual matters and approaches with clients
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth
- Prepare claims and ensure risk registers are updated
Requirements
- 12-15 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience working in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) sector is essential
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or Business
- Chartered (RICS or SCSI) with experience in Public Works Contracts
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Organized with attention to detail and self-motivated
- Proficient in digitization, BIM, and data analytics
