Description

We're looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in BESS and solar.

This role requires you to be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, managing both the technical and commercial aspects from contract signature to handover.

As an ideal candidate, you have 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on solar and BESS projects. Your expertise in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex project budgets, and handling risk and contract management will be key to your success. Moreover, your ability to manage multi-site, international projects will be an asset in this global role.

Education Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field

* Relevant certifications in project management is advantageous

Experience Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically solar and BESS projects

* Experience in managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control

* Proven track record in managing international, large scale energy projects

* Strong experience with EPC coordination and delivery

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Proficiency in project management systems

Responsibilities

* Manage the entire lifecycle of solar and BESS projects

* Work closely with engineers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders

* Develop and manage project budgets, approve invoices, and implement cost-control measures

* Oversee and facilitate EPC activities

* Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders

* Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies

* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control

* Regularly prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

* Contribute to internal processes, tools, and knowledge management practices
