Controls Engineer - Essex - £45,000 - £55,000

A special purpose machine builder in Essex is looking for an Automation / Controls Engineer to join the multi disciplined due to expansion.

The Automation / Controls Engineer will be:

* Programming PLC Control Systems

* Developing SCADA and HMI screens

* Configuring servo and invertor drives

* Commissioning on client sites

The ideal Automation / Controls Engineer will have:

* PLC and SCADA experience

* Industrial automation background

* Experience with at least one of the following software: Siemens, Allen Bradley / Rockwell, Omron

* Experience using various communication protocols such as Ethernet, ProfiBus etc.

* Experience with various sensors and drives.
