About the Role:

We are working with a leadind Facade company to find an experienced Cladding Specialist Contracts Manager for one of the UK's top facade and cladding contractors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage cladding projects, ensuring the successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects across various sectors.

As a Cladding Specialist Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing all contract management aspects, from initial tendering and negotiation to project completion. This role is pivotal to ensuring quality, safety, and profitability are maintained on-site throughout the entire lifecycle of the cladding installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management: Lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of cladding contracts, ensuring compliance with all specifications, regulations, and industry standards.

Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of cladding installation projects, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Ensure all parties are aligned and expectations are effectively managed.

Quality Control & Risk Management: Monitor the quality of all work carried out and proactively manage project risks, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.

Financial Management: Control project budgets and financial performance, ensuring the project remains within budget and on schedule.

Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety on-site

Skills and Experience:

Cladding Expertise: Minimum of 5 years' experience managing cladding or facade-related projects, with a solid understanding of materials and installation techniques.

Contract Management: Strong background in managing contracts, including negotiating terms, managing disputes, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects successfully.
