My client based near Maldon Essex, seek an additional Technical Support Engineer to join their small dedicated team.

They provide and install, technical equipment and software to Garages and MoT Centres throughout the UK.

The role:

• To provide desk based IT Support
• Updating MS Windows
• Supporting Bluetooth Communication issues
• Supporting WiFi issues
• Supporting general PC / Laptop issues

Full training given on specialist software and equipment. Lots of telephone liaison and remote access support.

You will need good communication skills and a desire to be a desk based Technical Support person.

The company is growing and will be very busy this year. Currently there are two people of the Tech Support Team and it is envisaged that the team will increase by 100% this year. There's lots of opportunity to progress with the organisation too.

Needed:

• IT Support experience
• Good communication skills
• Driving licence as my client is based in an area not accessible via public transport.
