This is a senior strategic role that will involve working closely with the Head Teacher, Trustees, SLT, teaching and non-teaching staff, students, parents and external agencies.

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly effective Deputy Head Teacher who:

• Will lead by example to achieve and implement these aims, objectives and vision of the school
• Has an excellent understanding of all regulatory requirements
• Demonstrates efficiency, organisational skills and hard work

Essential Teaching Qualifications: Degree and PGCE / QTS or equivalent

Essential Teaching Experience : A minimum of 5 year's full-time teaching experience at KS3 & KS4 (including GCSE)

Leadership Qualification : NPQML / NPQSL is desirable

Leadership Experience : A minimum of 3 year's experience of leading a department, phase or school is desirable.
