Our client, a leading well-established Customer Contact Centre, are looking for a hard-working and ambitious individual to join their friendly team as an Outbound Sales Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent telemarketing and should possess strong people and teamwork skills, alongside an organised approach to tasks and responsibilities. You will be making multiple outbound sales cales to prospective clients to secure new business.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with the capability to showcase expertise in telephone sales techniques, new business generation and closing sales.

Responsibilities as an Outbound Sales Executive

• Collaborate with the broader Marketing Team to follow up on tactical campaigns effectively.
• Make outbound calls to prospect clients to secure new business.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to pinpoint target prospects, integrating insights from previous prospect engagements.
• Maintain and update the company's contact management database/CRM platform in alignment with sales pipeline and marketing campaign analytics.
• Coordinate scheduling of new business meetings with Sales Managers.
• Deliver exceptional telemarketing efforts to secure new business appointments for the Sales Managers consistently.
• Meet and exceed high-volume call and duration goals.
• Cultivate enduring connections with potential clients, serving as a dedicated Brand Ambassador.
• Assess inbound telephone and digital inquiries, transforming them into qualified sales opportunities.
