Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in London to recruit for a Private Client Tax Associate Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the Private Client Tax team, overseeing complex advisory projects, managing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. You will work closely with Partners and Directors to deliver high-quality, strategic tax advice across a broad range of private client matters including trusts, estates, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates
  • Providing high-level tax planning and advisory services
  • Supporting Partners in business development and client relationship management
  • Leading and mentoring junior members of the Private Client Tax team
  • Reviewing complex tax computations and returns
  • Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and HMRC guidelines
Requirements
  • CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in private client tax advisory
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • A commercial and strategic mindset
