Site Engineer - Earthworks

My client is a leading sub-contractor working on a bulk earthworks project in Swindon, and they are currently recruiting a Site Engineer for a long-term position. You will be required to manage all aspects of engineering, including remediation, excavation, cut & fill, volume calculations, and surveys.

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

✔ Reporting and working with the Project Manager and Foreman.
✔ Site set-up and compliance with health and safety regulations.
✔ Completing all setting out associated with the earthworks package.
✔ Conducting volume calculations and surveys.
✔ Overseeing cut & fill operations.
✔ Quality assurance and control.

Site Engineer Requirements:

✔ CSCS card (essential).
✔ SMSTS or SSSTS - desirable but not essential.
✔ Previous experience in earthworks, remediation, excavation, and volume calculations.
✔ Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
