Customer Service Administrator
Maidenhead – Hybrid - 1/2 day in the office, 4 days from home
MUST be able to commute to maidenhead once a week
Up to £23,500 DOE
25 days holiday
Monday – Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Are you highly organised? Do you like providing people with exceptional customer service over the phone and via email?
My client, based in Maidenhead, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy friendly team!
You will be answering incoming calls and some duties will include:
- Responding to queries and customer requests via phone and email
- Liaising with internal departments
- Updating customers
- Updating CRM system
Essential criteria:-
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Work well under pressure
- Objection handling
- Experience of call handling
