Mechanical Site Manager

Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established and reputable contractor based in London that design, supply, and install mechanical systems.

They are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager to work on a contract basis initially on a 3-month project with a potential for on going work.

Duties of the Mechanical Site Manager role:

* Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager.

* Attendance of meetings on-site.

* Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time.

* Responsible for Dealing with sub - contractors.

* Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages.

* Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client.

Requirements:

* SMSTS

* Working for a M&E sub-contractor is preferred.

* Previous experience as a Mechanical Site manager.
