Business Center Manager - Permanent Position

Basingstoke 

Salary £35 OTE + up to 25% bonus.

Our client who provides local businesses with a workplace they could belong to and an environment their staff would enjoy, is seeking a Business Center Manager to join their team in Basingstoke. If you have a background in Sales Management and are looking for a new challenge, this role might be perfect for you!

Business Manager Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a business-to-business sales environment

• Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team (1 - 3 people)

• Experience in self-generation of new business sales leads

• Strong negotiation skills

• Experienced in property management

• Experience in previous P&L responsibility

• Driving license

Business Manager Responsibilities

• Generate profitable new business through proactive prospecting and networking

• Accountability for Center profitability, performance, and success through effective P&L management

• Focus on meeting customer satisfaction and retention metrics and developing existing customer relationships

• Clear communication of centre performance and team objectives, setting clear expectations for team members

• Overall responsibility for the centre, including invoices, maintenance, IT, cleaning standards, and health and safety
