5V Tech is working with a long-standing partner, a specialist in supply chain solutions. They are seeking a talented Development Team Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in building and implementing industry-leading supply chain solutions.

In this role, you will:

Manage a team of Full-Stack and Hand Held Terminal developers.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning and estimation to delivery.
Implement and maintain high-quality development processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Champion innovation and drive continuous improvement within the development team.You are a strong fit if you have:

5+ years of experience in software development
Extensive knowledge of Full-Stack development (Angular, .Net, Azure, C# etc.)
Experience leading and motivating development teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A passion for building innovative solutionsBonus points for:

Experience in product development
ITIL or Agile certifications
