Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a well-established facilities management company who are based in Devon who are looking for a mobile plumber to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will be carrying out PPM & Reactive maintenance in commercial and industrial buildings around the Exeter, Newton Abbot and Torquay area, working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30, although some flexibility will be required at times.

Duties

* Carry out routine PPM and reactive plumbing works in commercial and industrial properties

* Responding to reactive call outs and fault-finding on domestic hot and cold-water systems

* Installation of new plant and equipment

You will need

* You will have Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing

* Have experience of working in a commercial, field-based role

* Have a proactive approach to problem solving and a can-do attitude.
