Finance Assistant - Secondary School, Watford

We are seeking an organised Finance Assistant to join the team at a large, well-respected secondary school in Watford. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily finance operations, including processing invoices, handling payments, and updating financial records
Support budget monitoring and reporting under the direction of the Finance Manager
Liaise with suppliers and school staff regarding payments and finance-related queries
Maintain accurate records and help prepare financial reports as neededRequirements:

Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role (education sector experience advantageous)
Strong numeracy and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software (e.g., Sage or SIMS is a plus)
