Main Responsibilities

Based in our busy retail bars, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be required to prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.

Skills / Qualifications

• Till operation experience as well as working in a customer-facing, catering-based environment is preferred but not essential.
• Additional training will be provided on shift by a manager.
• Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
