My client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to oversee all First Line of Defense' regulatory operations for the business, managing their Complaints function. You'll also take responsibility for dealing with high level/FOS complaints and managing them end to end, maintaining their internal FOS and ADR logs, collating reporting for management and Partners and supporting with additional tasks and duties as required.

The following skills/experience is essential:
- Strong background in handling FOS complaints and working with the Financial Ombudsman.
- Strong FCA knowledge
- Previously worked/lead a Complaints function
- Previously worked in a regulated industry
- The ability to explain complex processes in a simple and logical way.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Excellent + bonus + good package
