Deliver an Unmatched Recruitment Journey: Lead the charge in creating seamless and inspiring end-to-end recruitment experiences. Manage all recruitment channels, from internal and external hires to employee referrals, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder has a world-class experience.

Collaborate with Recruitment Agencies: Work hand-in-hand with the Preferred Supplier List (PSL) agencies to meet specialised hiring needs and secure the best candidates.

Engage and Source Talent: From posting jobs to leveraging job boards, social media, and networking sites, you’ll be proactive in sourcing, screening, and securing top talent.

Elevate Standards Across the Board: Hold others accountable and ensure every hiring process milestone is met. You’ll help create a culture of ownership and commitment across all recruitment activities.

Provide Key Insights: Your contributions will inform critical staffing and recruitment decisions by producing timely, accurate reports and data. This includes overseeing emerging talent recruitment, from plans to assessment centres, delivering on-time and within budget.

Continuously Improve: Never settle! Seek opportunities to refine the recruitment practices, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to keep the business ever competitive.

Take on Strategic Projects: Lead specific recruitment projects, such as apprentice hiring and assessment centre development, bringing your expertise to initiatives that matter.
