About the role of Quantity Surveyor

New opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a tier 1 main contractor who has a turnover of over £1bn. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a £30m project consisting of 3 industrial units at Heathrow Airport. The PSCA will be carried out from their office in Canary Wharf then 5 days on site.

Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:

Monitoring actual expenses against budget plans while reporting significant price fluctuations and preparing monthly cash flow forecasts
Liaising with customers and third parties on all commercial matters
Negotiating contracts and writing reports detailing costs resulting in your ability to give advice to the teamKey Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

This main contractor is seeking an innovative Quantity Surveyor who will thrive in their diverse and successful team. You will be a problem solver with a high level work ethic.

Experience with NEC contracts
Worked on previous projects valued at £20m+
