• Coordinate scheduling of haulers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Perform labeling tasks and ensure all documentation is accurate for outbound shipments.
• Maintain and update data in internal systems with precision and care.
• Support the day-to-day administrative functions of warehouse operations.
• Utilize a custom flow system (full training provided).

Ideal Candidate:

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
