ROLE: Senior Commercial Contract and Procurement Solicitor

LOCATION: Islington/Hybrid

Rate: £350 - £385.00 a day

Contract Length: 3 Months on going

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and management of procurement strategies, including competitive tendering, vendor selection, and contract award processes.
• Provide advice and support on dispute resolution processes, including contractual disputes, procurement challenges, and breach of contract claims.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including supply contracts, service agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

About you:

• 3 years PQE in Commercial Contracts and Procurement Law.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in Contract and Procurement Law.
• Strong understanding of commercial objectives, business operations, and how legal issues affect business outcomes.
