Job Title: AV Engineer / LED Technician

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company van, fuel card, healthcare, pension

Job Purpose Summary:

The AV Engineer will primarily involve carrying out the installation and commissioning of LED a digital signage displays within the UK and overseas where required.

Key Responsibilities:

Onsite installation and commissioning of LED displays
Configuration of media servers (Novastar, Brompton, Colorlight)
Assemble AV rack equipment on site
Supervise subcontractors during installations
Assist in project documentation for handover to service team
Provide training to installation partners and customers
Troubleshoot LED systems onsite and remotely as needed
Assist in customer product demo setup and troubleshooting

Experience and Skills Required:

Prior experience as an AV Engineer with direct LED digital signage knowledge.
Proven experience with media servers such as Colorlight, Brompton and Novastar.
Understanding of construction and AV System drawings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel and work away from home up to 50% of the time
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a variety of environments, including cold/hot weather, small spaces and at height.
Work occasional nights and weekends
Full UK Driving Licence - Valid
