Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Multiple roles available)
Location: Warrington
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) - 30 min break

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our clients rapidly growing team in Warrington.

Responsibilities:

Support and diagnose engineering breakdowns, replacing faulty parts
Enhance, repair, and maintain plant equipment and services according to the preventive maintenance schedule
Install new machinery and equipment
Lead continuous improvement projects during planned downtime
Request spares and consumables
Ensure health and safety compliance in line with SSOW and company procedures
Meet individual performance measures such as downtime, work order closeouts, and equipment availability
Support a preventive maintenance strategy
Undertake predictive, preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks
Meet safety, quality, and productivity KPIs
Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with site processes
Maintain comprehensive maintenance records
Qualifications:

BTEC HNC/HND or C&G in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering or similar
Extensive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Multi-skilled with an electrical or mechanical bias (maximum 60/40 split)
Good knowledge of hydraulic systems, HVAC, water, gas, compressed air systems, electrical fault finding, and electrical safety
Basic understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and other systems
Ability to read CAD drawings or SolidWorks
Understanding of CMMS software
Experience with forklifts and mobile platforms
Ability to obtain specialist components
Compliance with health and safety legislation
