Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality of products and timely delivery
Oversee the procurement team and provide them with guidance and support
Monitor market trends and perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of procurement processes with company goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations
Evaluate and manage the procurement budget and work to improve spendingProfile

A successful Procurement Lead should have:

8+yrs experience in technology/IT/software category management
12+yrs experience working across indirect procurement
A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in procurement or similar roles within the Financial Services industry
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisionsJob Offer
