Senior Quantity Surveyor - Structural Steel
Location: London & Northampton

I am looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading structural steel company with a strong pipeline of projects and a full order book. This role will involve working across sites between London and Northampton, managing all commercial aspects of structural and some secondary steelwork projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all quantity surveying duties, from tender through to final account.

* Manage cost control, valuations, and variations.

* Negotiate contracts and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Conduct risk assessments and manage budgets effectively.

* Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

* Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

* Strong background in structural steel (essential).

* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the steelwork industry.

* Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

* Willingness to travel between London and Northampton as required.
