Regional Design Manager

Office: Birmingham with projects across the Midlands

Working for one of the most respected Regional Contractors not just in the Midlands, but across the UK. The Midlands region, is currently turning over circa £100m and is on site with a number of different live developments. This role, will form part of the senior leadership team in the region.

The Regional Design Manager will lead and oversee design activities within the Midlands office, ensuring that all construction projects are designed to meet company standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing a team of designers, project teams and design manager coordinating with other departments, and providing technical leadership to ensure that design solutions are innovative, cost-effective, and align with project goals.

Must Have Experience:

* Worked for a Main Contractor in a similar role

* Proven as a Regional Design Manager / Head of Design / Design Director

* Or experienced in managing a team of Design Managers / Coordinators

* Sector Experience: Multi-Room, Leisure, Commercial & Logistics
