Proven success in project-based sales within the construction industry
Experience selling products like steel structures, platforms, gantries, GRP solutions, machinery, mezzanine floors, or similar
A deep understanding of the construction sales landscape
A consultative approach to selling
Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbout the Specification Sales Manager Role:

As a Specification Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and driving new business in the Midlands region.
You'll build strong relationships with large-scale construction contractors, M&E contractors, specifiers, and other key stakeholders.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll leverage your expertise to guide clients towards the best solutions for their construction projects.
You'll have the full support of a dedicated sales estimating and support team, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships and closing deals.In Return You Will Receive
