Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a large new build commercial project in Cardiff.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate and liaise with System sub-contractor.

* Advise on contractual issues

* Assist senior staff in pricing variations - this will not just be mechanical and electrical scope.

* Cost control

* Measurement of quantities.

* Preparation of monthly financial statement of anticipated Final Account detailing status of variations (budget, submitted, agreed), in conjunction with project management.

Key Details:

* Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

* Previous NEC contract experience (NEC3 or NEC4 option C)

Our client is looking at paying a salary of £65,000 plus car allowance & package.
