Salary: £30000/annum plus van & fuel card

Parker Jones Group is currently supporting a National Maintenance Contractor currently seeking an RLO for their Social Housing contract around the Basingstoke/Reading areas.

This will be on a temporary basis for around 3 months with an IMMEDIATE START. This will then progress into a permanent position.

* Company Van provided (or a monthly car allowance of £350)

* Fuel card provided

Summary:

You will be the main point of contact for their Kitchen and Bathroom Upgrade contract. As an RLO, you will be the main point of contact for all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

* To be the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.

* Own all complaints and ensure that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner

* For longer planned works, keep the tenant updated with progress and be there if there are any issues that arise.

* Work with the Contract Manager to make sure that the client is informed of any issues and that should they send an enquiry, that we have dealt with it.

* Support the helpdesk with emails that come in from sub-contractors and client on a daily basis

* Visit tenants when required.

Required:

* Previous experience in an RLO position

* Must have Full UK Driving License

* Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and the tasks/activities

* Good geographical understanding of the Basingstoke/Reading area

* Experienced in MS Office including Word and Excel
