We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in their industry, for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge ServiceNow projects and play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to enhance business performance. The role is hybrid and requires 2 days per week from their London office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative ServiceNow solutions.

* Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable designs.

* Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

* Ensure best practices, governance, and platform standards are consistently applied.

* Drive the implementation of ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.

* Oversee the ServiceNow lifecycle, including upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.

* Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and modules to maximise platform value.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or similar role.

* Expertise across core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB.

* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integration patterns, and custom development.

* Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) and workflow configuration.

* ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or others, are highly desirable.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
