We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a commercial electrical project in Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the electrical works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the electrical scope of work for a commercial project from start to finish.

* Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

* Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.

* Lead and support a team of electrical engineers and technicians.

* Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within the agreed financial parameters.

* Review and approve electrical design and installation plans.

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery.

* Provide technical expertise and resolve any electrical-related issues that arise during the project.

Requirements:

* CSCS card

* Proven experience in electrical project management, ideally within the commercial sector.

* Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.

* Experience in managing large-scale electrical projects and teams.

* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or project management (e.g., HNC, HND, or equivalent).

* A full understanding of health and safety protocols on-site.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
