We are recruiting an Operations Coordinator on behalf of a client with the overall purpose being to meet highly professional standards of distribution and safe operating procedures within the local depot.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday. 8am-5pm.

Duties to include:

* Control stock investment and stock availability

* Ensure supplies are distributed promptly and efficiently and that all transactions are permissible

* Ensure security of company cash, stock and property.

* Ensures smooth operation of depot including compliance with all legislation

* Maintain appropriate accounting and reporting procedures in relation to all company monies and stock

* Ensures all activities are undertaken in safe working environment

* Organise and supervise the work of all depot staff

* Arrange and carry out appropriate training interventions as required

* Ensure effective communication

* Maintenance of all company property and premises

* Carry out any other duties as requested by Regional Supply Manager and National Supply Manager
