Salary: £23 - £25 per hour dependant on experience

Job Type: contract basis, 3 months minimum, Full-Time

About Us: We are recruiting for a leading social housing provider committed to delivering high-quality housing solutions to our community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Voids Supervisor to join our team and oversee the management of void properties within our housing scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Void Properties: Oversee the entire process of void property management, ensuring properties are prepared for re-letting in a timely and efficient manner.

Inspection and Specification: Conduct pre-inspections of void properties, specify necessary works, and ensure properties meet re-let standards.

Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Quality Control: Perform post-inspections to ensure all works are completed to the required standard and arrange handovers with relevant client representatives.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all void works, including progress reports, costings, and completion timelines.

Customer Service: Liaise with tenants and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the social housing sector, particularly in void property management.

Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Knowledge: Excellent understanding of responsive repairs, voids, planned works, and project management.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction or property maintenance (e.g., SSSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness).

Driving License: Full UK driving license.
