About the Role

As a Maintenance and Service Engineer, you'll be a vital part of our client's team, ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of all their water features. This includes fountains, splash pads, irrigation systems, and lake fountains. You'll have the unique opportunity to collaborate with design teams on various projects, infusing creativity into your solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of water features for our client.

* Collaborate with design teams to bring innovative water feature projects to life.

* Ensure all installations meet operational excellence standards and client satisfaction.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing solutions to problems.

* Manage water quality, including chemical treatments, filtration systems, and overall cleanliness.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Communicate effectively regarding installation progress, maintenance schedules, and address concerns promptly.

* Prepare accurate and thorough reports for clients and internal use.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest water feature technologies and industry trends, attending training as required.

Qualifications

* Proven track record in installing, servicing, and/or maintaining water features (fountains, splash pads, irrigation systems, or lake fountains) or a strong willingness to learn.

* Experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering is preferred.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Eagerness to learn and develop within the role.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations is a plus.

* Full driving licence is required.
