Empowering learning require a PRU pastoral support assistant to work in the Northumberland area. The role is 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8.30 am-16.00 pm. To work within the pastoral team to pick up any students in crisis or to work with students to de-escalate.

Hold a level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher

Experience of behaviours that challenge

Must be proactive and have the ability to think on their feet.

Calm approach.

Be able to deescalate situations as they arise- Team team trained would be an asset
Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
