They are looking for someone who can thrive in a high-pressure environment.The role will see you involved with the following;Collating itinerary information from suppliers. Confirming details for clients including postal addresses and dietary informationUpdate records system with client information.Dealing with general customer ticketing enquiries.Allocation abed distributing tickets, including guest packs and managing courier services.Client communication using both phone and email. What you'll need to succeedExcellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. They are looking for someone to hit the ground running while working to deadlines to support the Guest experience manager.
