A new opportunity for a Senior HVAC Contracts Manager local to the Manchester area.

You will become a part of a strong / experienced FM team with profit shares within the company so this will suit an experienced contracts manager with desires to reach to director level.

* Salary between £55,000-£60,000

* Car/Car allowance £6,000

* Profit shares within the company (bonus to be discussed)

As a Senior Contracts Manager you will oversee PPM and resulting reactive / quoted works and some small projects.

You must have at least 5 years' experience in a management role in a HVAC FM environment
