Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Location: Rotherham (On-Site)

Salary: £32,470 OTE (£23,878 basic plus uncapped bonuses)

What You'll Do - Customer Service & Sales Advisor:

* Handle inbound customer queries from contract renewals and upgrades to troubleshooting issues.

* Support customers with clear, helpful advice and promote additional products and services where relevant.

* Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and ensure they leave every call feeling valued and supported.

* Be the first point of contact for customers and provide a friendly, professional service.
