Building Services Manager M&E
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + travel expenses + package

You'll oversee the installation, commissioning, and compliance of all M&E services across various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of sustainability, efficiency, and safety.

Previous Experience:
Candidates should have extensive experience in M&E management within major construction projects, particularly in high-value, mixed-use developments. Proven leadership and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders are essential.

Key Requirements:

* Strong experience in Senior Building Services Management roles on projects valued £50m+.

* Expertise in M&E design, installation, and commissioning.

* Ability to manage project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

* Proven track record in delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings.
