This role is pivotal in developing the tax department and provides a clear path to partnership over the next few years.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:

• Act as the primary contact for key clients within the Creative and Entertainment sectors, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, with a focus on personal tax (80%) and corporate tax (20%) tailored to the unique needs of the industry.
• Address client inquiries efficiently to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Department Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
• Manage departmental workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership and Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance department performance and client service offerings.
• Work closely with directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the firm's client base.
• Stay updated on tax legislation and industry trends to ensure the firm’s services remain cutting-edge and compliant.

Professional Growth:
