New urgent role working with one of our major UK residential developers on a 6 month contract starting asap!

Applicants must have a strong understanding managing external packages such as hard/soft landscaping, 278 works, drainage & child play areas within major UK residential developments.

This role will be interviewing immediately with the view to start asap.

Management with sub contractors and liaison with site teams
Overseeing all quality assurance documentation on site
Ensuring high standards of H&S are kept on site
Attend weekly progress meetings
Candidates need to be methodical and detail driven
Clear communication skillsRequirements:

A strong understanding of new build volume residential projects for residential developers
Comfortable managing hard/soft landscaping, 278 works, drainage and other extenal packages
Must have an in date CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
