Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist
Location : Stamford
Hours: Office based Monday - Friday 0845 - 1730
Salary - Dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively contribute to achieving retention and new sales goals as set by Senior Management.
* Proactively encourage all stakeholders to use the platform, ensuring full adoption and satisfaction.
* Support agents in quickly processing and responding to enquiries.
* Assist clients with their enquiries, resolve issues, and raise tickets for technical support when needed.
* Build strong relationships with clients by attending both internal and external events.
* Work closely with the Sales team to identify up sell opportunities and generate new sales leads.
* Help roll out new developments, providing training and support as needed.
* Manage Live Chat, answering client queries, directing them to relevant teams, and logging communications on CRM.
* Assist in the coordination and execution of internal projects, collaborating with various business functions.
* Assist the Customer Success team in adhering to retention processes and strategies.
* Provide support in organising and running mini expos to promote services.
* Ensure that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is up-to-date, accurate, and fully utilised.
* Ensure that all communications are logged in the CRM system, providing accurate and detailed records.

* Proven experience in customer support or sales.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and technical support platforms
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
