Our client are a leader in the manufacture of household plastic goods they are seeking to add to their manufacturing team with a Lead technician  

Responsibilities - Lead Technician

Support technical & manufacturing and CI managers and actively support on projects
Product and tolling trials
Work closely with quality department to ensure quality levels and compliance are correct and documented accurately
Identify performance shortfalls and undertake correct action
Training of new staff
Document tooling/machine issues.
Review production procedures
Qualification/Experience - Lead Technician

Previous experience working within injection moulding
Formal injection moulding qualifications IMT or similar
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Knowledge of high volume manufacturing
